The sixth season of the medical drama Scrubs, premiered on 30th November, 2006 and ended its run on 17th May, 2007 with twenty two episodes in total.

The season demands the characters to come out of their age and marks the change of roles they need to play. J.D.’s girlfriend Kim is pregnant with his child and he is expected to be a father soon. Carla and Turk become proud parents of Isabella Turk, their daughter and J.D. and Turk find her nanny very hot.

Although romance is still felt between J.D. and Elliot, still Elliot thinks about a marriage with Keith and even has an engagement with him. Dr. Cox is now a father of two children but his temper is something on which he needs to work. Emotions are also on all time high as leaderships, death and reasoning are issues that crop over the season.
Elliot also starts a private practice at the Sacred Heart, as Turk and J.D. look on with some jealous feelings. Dr. Cox is furious that J.D. is the Godfather of his daughter.
