Career
Donald Faison is best known for his work in super hit comedy drama Scrubs but he has done quite a lot of other work too.

Faison first came to light with Clueless in 1995. Then came Waiting to Exhale (1995), the movie New Jersey Drive (1995), TV shows like The New York Undercover (1996),Felicity (2000-2002),Supreme Sanction (1999), Robot Chicken (2005-2007) and the famous animated show Clone High on MTV for which he did voice over work.
He made brief appearances on the shows Sister Sister (1998), The Bernie Mac Show (2005), Higglytown Heroes (2004-2005), Saturday Night Live (2007), Kim Possible (2007), The Boondocks (2008) and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch (1996-1998) apart from the movie Josie and the Pussycats (2001).

Scrubs

In scrubs, Faison plays the role of Christopher Duncan Turk, better known as Chris or simply Turk, is the best friend and room mate of the lead character of the show J.D. Both have been together since college and are extremely close friends. He is also a surgical attending physician at the Sacred Heart Hospital. Chris marries the head nurse of the hospital, Carla Espinosa and the two have a daughter named Isabella.

Honors

Fraison won the BET comedy Awards in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for 2002 and 2004 for his work in Scrubs. He was nominated four times, in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 in the Teen Choice Awards for the category Choice TV Sidekick, again for his work in Scrubs. He was also nominated in 2005 in NAACP Image awards for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for Scrubs but in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 he was nominated in the category of Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series.
